In addition, the time of registration will be stored. ChampSDA makes every effort to protect the data entrusted to it by users of the platform from unauthorized access. With the help of a differentiated system of access authorizations and technical protection measures, such as SSL encryption and firewalls, the greatest possible data security is strived for. We only collect and process the user`'s personal data if there is a corresponding legal basis for doing so. The legal basis is the service contract, the consent to the following data processing and the legitimate interests of ChampSDA.

1. DATA IN CASE OF PURCHASE, SALE AND AUCTION: Every time you buy or sell a product, as well as during an auction, the data you provide will be stored. This is regardless of whether you have created an account or not. In addition, your chosen means of payment will be stored. If the fields marked as mandatory are left blank, we will not be able to conclude the contract with you. This data is mandatory for the conclusion of the contract. The time of a purchase or sale is also stored. No credit card data, such as credit card numbers, are stored in the store. In order for ChampSDA to maintain the connection to your terminal device, we store your IP address and possibly the browser type.

1. PROCESSING PURPOSES Your data provided during registration will only be processed to maintain your account. In the event that you buy a product through the store, sell it to us or release it for auction, the data required for processing and provided by you will be stored directly in the store. This data will only be used and stored to the extent necessary for the fulfillment of the contract, in particular for the processing of trade, contract management and for the fulfillment of legal storage obligations. Data that you provide to us as part of a "feedback`' will only be used to respond to your inquiry or to improve services. The data processing is based on the legal requirements.

1. CANCELLATION Your account will be stored until revoked. You can request the deletion of your account or your access at any time by sending an e-mail to support@greensafe.one. Your purchase or order as well as sales data in the store will be deleted after 7 years due to tax retention obligations.

1. DATA TRANSFERS If payments are made by direct debit order, your payment-related data will be transmitted to our bank for the purpose of payment. In the case of credit card payments, your payment data will be transmitted to our external financial service provider in encrypted form. If you are in arrears with the payment of products, your specified data will be transferred to a collection agency or legal representative for further legal action. Furthermore, your data will be transferred to our tax advisor/auditor for the fulfillment of our tax obligations.

Certain strings or logins of different users that appear to come from the same computer, for example, may lead to blocking due to suspicious activity.
